Immediate former Gor Mahia goalkeeper Sammy Okinda is edging closer to a switch to Kenyan Premier League (KPL) side SoNy Sugar FC, Futaa.com understands.
The veteran custodian is among players that were axed by Gor Mahia this January and has been training with the Salim Babu coached side for the last couple of days with the view of sealing a deal with SoNy Sugar.
Training with the Millers
-Okinda has been training with SoNy for the last couple of days, the team lost two keepers and are out to replace them, experienced keeper Okinda will be one of the two keepers that will sign this window, a source from the club told Futaa.com.
Mathare United right back Bernard Omondi is also expected to join the millers.
