In shocking turn of events, Kenyan Premier League giant, Gor Mahia has parted ways with burly striker Enock Agwanda, Futaa.com can report.
The forward was out of contract and was in talks with the club over renewal of his contract. Futaa has reliably learnt that talks with the attacker have hit a dead end and the club has decided to let go of the striker.
A year and a half
Agwanda joined Gor in June 2015 from cash-strapped Sofapaka FC and during his stay at Gor Mahia he featured mainly as a substitute scoring some key goals for the former League champions.
-Agwanda is no longer our player, the club engaged him in talks over renewal of his contract but the two parties failed to agree on some things and the club decided to let go of him. He is a player the coach wanted to retain in the team and it's unfortunate that things haven't worked out, a source from the club told Futaa.com.
Agwanda has also featured for SoNy Sugar in the Kenyan Premier League and has received several call ups to the national team Harambee Stars.
