Newly appointed Bandari FC assistant coach George Owoko linked up with the team early this week and he is currently leading the side in the preseason preparations.
The teams head coach Paul Nkata is however yet to join the side since he is attending a CAF B coaching course in his country Uganda.
Team Manager Charles Obwaka has revealed that the team resumed its preseason training sessions on Wednesday 4 January and Owoko has been with the team for the last three days.
-Our head coach is still in Uganda but we resumed training last Wednesday, that is 4 January. The assistant coach reported to the camp on Monday, he told Futaa.
Owoko previously worked with Nkata at Tusker before he was relieved off his duties. After leaving the Brewers the coach lead Western Stima under 20 and also guided Barding to an East African secondary school title.
